    Minimum top up for MWPAY is RM10 which will then be converted into *MW10 (MWPAY e-money currency), with a maximum top up limit of *MW200. A nominal charge of * MW0.50 for each and every successful transaction * Refer #07


    06. Where can I top up?
    You can top up at Kiosk, Maybank, Ambank, RHB, e-pay and through Carrefour.


    07. What is the exchange and conversion rate between RM and MW (MWPAY e-money currency)?
    RM1 = MW1


    08. What if I forget my security number or pin code?
    You just need to type in MW OWNPIN send to MWPAY Gateways. You will get your security number and PIN code in less than a minute.


    09. What if I lost my mobile phone?
    You welcomed to call us at our Customer Care Hotline at 1300-88-6111. We will assist you to solve this problem.


    10. What is MW Gateway?
