a'kum, nama aku Humaidi, umur 25 thn.... lepas aku abis blajar dulu, aku taktau nak wat keje ape... slalunya orang makan gaji dulu la sbg start keje, maybe nak cari pengalaman, tapi aku terus terjun dalam bidang sales... keje yg takde gaji basic, juz komisyen based.... dan aku rasa maybe susah bagi aku yg takde background sales dan bisnes since aku amik laws dulu kat uia...

1st time aku buat keje ngan member aku, tlg2 dia buat bisnes... buat bisnes ngan sekolah2... supply itu ini... time tu dah mula rasa best buat sales... takde la se malu dan sesusah yg disangkakan.... keje agak mudah, fun, income pun agak masyuk... aku gain a lot of xperiences masa keje sales ngan kawan aku ni... ada 4 5 bulan buat keje ngan dia....

tak lama pastu, jumpa ngan sorang awek cun consultant unit trust SBB MUTUAL... dari dia aku blajar skit2 pasal unit trust... byk jugak le info dan pelajaran yg dpt dari minah cun ni... time tu dia dah setahun buat SBB Mutual... income dia pun dah cecah 5 angka sebulan.... tapi time tu aku lebih mengkaji dan belajar... tak terjun buat sales lg... awek ni jugaklah yg membuka minda aku mengenai bidang financial, investment dan banking di malaysia.... sblm ni aku taktau amende unit trust tu.... aku dok ingat mcm MLM... keh keh keh.... :p

tak lama pastu, aku terserong pandangan dgn SwissCash kejap masa awal2 SwissCash tgh hit malaysia dulu... masyuk jugak buat mende ni... keje lebih2 kurang mcm buat sales gak la... kena gi cari investors, downline lah etc... lebih kurang beberapa bulan aku aktif buat SwissCash, aku pun mula slow coz time tu mcm dah mula bising2... kerajaan bising la, fatwa haram la, sekuritu komision nak blok la etc etc.... dan akhirnya pada awal bulan 4 aku stop trus promote SwissCash.... baru aku sedar SwissCash bukanla real investment sptmana yg disangka aku.... takpelah, belajar dari pengalaman.... :p

then, aku decided nak buat balik unit trust... this time aku decide join PUBLIC MUTUAL... setelah aku buat research, mmg PUBLIC MUTUAL, not only the best in Malaysia, they're also the best in ASIA (kata2 aku ni adalah fakta, yg boleh aku attachkan kemudian, jika diminta) ;)

so aku join la officially sbg UNIT TRUST CONSULTANT PUBLIC MUTUAL pada hujung bln april baru ni.... best jugak... rasa public mutual ni lagi senang nak jual... ehehehe... tak lain tak bukan bcos reputation public mutual yg sgt strong dan jugak return tinggi dan sgt consistent...

so... cerita pasal income.... income aku bulan 4 tu lebih kurang rm3 ribu lebih je... alhamdulillah la for starting... income bulan 5 dah cecah rm6.5k... dan komisyen aku utk bulan 6 pulak aku yakin maintain antara rm6 - 7k... if boleh dpt lebih, lagi syukur.... aku punya upline yg bawak aku masuk public mutual ni, baru je buat 3 thn lebih... income dia konsisten stiap bulan tak kurang dari rm40k....

hehehehe.... inilah kisah benarku... its a long way to go, and they must be FUN! jeng jeng jeng.... :p

so sesape berminat nak jadi mcm aku dan consultant2 lain yg income 5 angka stiap bulan tu, bleh memulakan langkah pertama korang dgn mengontek aku, aku akan cuba sebaik mungkin utk membimbing :D

there's a charge of 6.5% on initial investments... and also other charges like annual fees etc... tapi return yg aku tunjuk kat atas tu ialah NAV... return bersih... means itulah keuntungan korang yg takkan ditolak dgn apa2 charge lagi dah :D

one of the characteristic of UT is LIQUIDITY... means u bleh withdraw anytime... tapi takkan la nak withdraw time blum untung lagi... ye tak... contoh if u already profit dalam masa 5 or 6 bulan, bleh kluarkan semua... takde charge utk withdraw...

generally, UT is moderate risk... there's risk of fluctutation of the market n price.... and UT doesn't guarantee on ur capital preservation.. however, track record menunjukkan, investors make money more than 15% in a year... interesting kan... ;)

by the way, keje dalam ke dua2 kampeni ialah sales... bidang sales mmg menjanjikan income yg lumayan, if rajin dan disiplin, plus, rezekiiiii... :D
